Nathan E. Wittman
Nathan was born in Concord, Massachusetts, moved to Winter Park, Florida, with his family in 1992 and has lived in the area nearly ever since. After graduating from Winter Park High School with honors, he attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies, was on Dean’s list and Honor Roll, won several leadership awards, and was an editor for the school’s weekly newspaper. He then studied law at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, where he was involved in intramural sports and student government, including a term as Student Bar Association President. He graduated with his JD, Cum Laude, in 2011 and has practiced law throughout Florida ever since.
For the eight years before joining Colling Gilbert Wright, Nathan worked at a large plaintiff’s firm representing businesses and individuals against insurance companies, and individuals and their families personally injured due to the negligence of others.
Before that, Nathan’s legal practice focused on defending insurance companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, and corporations large and small, in breach of contract, product liability, premises liability, consumer protection, and personal injury matters.
Nathan draws from the experience and knowledge earned from defending insurance and other companies to help his clients fight for justice against corporations, individuals, and insurance companies who are responsible for their injuries.
Nathan is admitted to practice in Florida and Texas state courts, as well as Florida’s Middle and Southern District federal courts.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and their two young children, playing music, sports, and generally being outdoors. You can often find him cheering on his beloved Xavier Musketeers, Orlando City Lions, and Orlando Magic.
