COVID-19 Office Update
Orange County and Central Florida are now under a statewide stay at home order as announced by Gov. DeSantis. While legal services are “essential” services exempted from these orders, Colling Gilbert Wright has taken a number of voluntary proactive steps to protect our employees, our clients, prospective clients, and vendors.
We are 100% open for business, but we are 95% performing these services remotely by computer and internet connections, emails, texts, audio video conference, and telephone conference calls. We are on call 24 hours a day and can be initially contacted by phone, email or chat via our website. Thereafter, we customize the client or prospective client’s needs to their electronic and remote capability by interviewing them by telephone, having them engage us as counsel by electronic transmissions or U.S. mail, and by continuing our field investigations consistent with CDC guidelines and local temporary Coronavirus orders.
We have 100% capability to continue to work on our client’s cases including scheduling and attending most court functions, such as hearings by telephone or videoconference under applicable Supreme Court of Florida and local circuit court temporary orders.
