VIDEO: I Signed a Waiver at the Hospital, Can I Still Sue for Malpractice?
When you go in to a hospital for treatment there are multiple forms that you usually have to fill out and sign. In some cases, clients come in saying that they believe they signed a waiver at the hospital and want to know if they can still sue for malpractice.

If you believe you may have a case but have signed a waiver and would like to know what options you have, contact Nathan P. Carter of Colling Gilbert Wright at (407) 712-7300 for a no-cost consultation.
